The Human Resources Department of Southern California Indian Center, Inc. offers employee services to the organization’s workers, in terms of their benefits, compensation, classification, organization development, training, and other employee-related issues. It serves as a key component to the organization’s administration team, in the areas of the developing policies, hiring employees, preventing discrimination and harassment, ensuring workplace safety, and the compliance of all federal, state, and local laws.
To fill all needed and required positions, with the most qualified individuals who possess the right set of skills and experience in order to comply with all guidelines and standards set by funding sources, policies, local, state and federal laws.
